can anyone me confirm that the ceiling limit of bonus payable is minimum Rs 3500/- and maximum is Rs 8400/-. If yes, How?

I think there is no such ceiling.

As per Payment of Bonus Act Min Bonus is 8.33% and Max. Bonus is 20% of Salary. However you may refer Payment of Bonus Act. Follow the link
