I need a sample board resolution for TAN Application.

“RESOLVED THAT the company do apply for and obtain TAN (Tax Deduction Account Number) from Income tax Department.
RESOLVED FURTHER THAT (Name of the person(s) authorized)of the Company be and are hereby severally authorized to sign, submit, all types of statutory forms, applications and all such other documents as may be required from time to time with National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) & such other appropriate authorities and generally to do all such acts, deeds, things as may be necessary & expedient in this regard.
