how many times meeting can be conducted by board of directors in a month

There is no restriction at all. Any number of BM may be conducted in a month as per administrative convenience.
But quorum and other formalities must be properly complied with.

IF THERE IS NO QUORUM UNANIMITY IS NOT THERE SO QUORUM IS INSISTED UPON. U CAN CERTAINLY HOLD AS MANY MEETINGS YOU NEED TO RESOLVE ISSUES SIRS. THIS VIEW I GIVE AS INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR PLS
