Kindly advise 1. we are a manufacturer purchasing raw material from AP (Andhra pradesh) and that material we instructed to delivery at our Job Worker Place located in TN. in this case what is the procedure and rate of GST

2. One more material from TN and it should be delivery at our job Worker place in TN and bill to us what is the GST

For the above option is permit the GST or Not and which rule

08 December 2017 1. billing address to Karnataka and Delivery address to Tamilnadu. IGST applicable. Rate of GST...?? As per prescribed rate for the goods.

2. It's not cleared... But, my assumption based reply is..
You mean one place completed 1st stage* Labour work and it's shifted to another labour place...
This scenario the 1st Labour Create DC to 2nd Labour. Also he ll be prepare Invoice to you and send to you with the copy of DC...
