Hi, my CA final attempt is in November 2016. I would like to know whether Deepak Gupta's books are good for self study. If not then which book shd be followed for self study.

Bangar's book is comprehensive and suited for self student. You might feel the text to be bulky, with loads of content but the author has a very broad perspective of covering all relevant points in a simple and easy manner for any one to understand. Hence, you can bank on that book.
