05 November 2016 In my opinion, there is no such thing as "Best Fund" or "Best ELSS Fund" or "Best SIP Fund".

The investment portfolio will depend on a lot of factors of the investor profile and thus will be different for different people. If one is not competent enough for the same, he should look to hire a professional.
