can any expert suggest best ELSS fund at this point of time. I will appreciate if you give the reasons too.

In my opinion, there is no such thing as "Best Fund" or "Best ELSS Fund" or "Best SIP Fund".
The investment portfolio will depend on a lot of factors of the investor profile and thus will be different for different people. If one is not competent enough for the same, he should look to hire a professional.
