I wanted to know whether it would make any difference if I do CS wth CA.
Is there any exemptions for a student doing CA if he also does CS?

The only exemption is from CPT. You can directly enrol for IPCC.
However, from career point of view it is very beneficial. CA+CS can get a good job.
