01 May 2009 Sir,

I would like to file my return for the Assessment Year 2007-08 (F.Y 2006-2007)through efiling & My income is below taxable limit. I have already file the return for Assessment year 2008-09 in time. What will be the consequences. I want to take Home Loan . So I need the return for last three years.

01 May 2009 Income tax return for AY 2007-08 can't be filed now because it is barred by time. Try with the Form 16/salary certificate to avail home loan.
