No you can only use excel utility of AY 2012-13 for filing return of AY 2012-13.

You need to file return under section 139(4)
and you need to file return utility applicable for A.Y.12-13 only
and you need to file return utility applicable for A.Y.12-13 only

Assessment will be under the provisions of AY 2012-13 only.
