Dear Friends,
I wish to file IT Return for the AY 2009-10, when I tried to upload the return,Could not file it ,saw a message " contact the administrator ", Can any one provide me a solution ?

write to CIT of your area for permission of filing such return, stating the reason why you did not filed within time, and why you are wiling to file now.
such returns are looked under "concealment of income in previous year(s)" generally by department.
