I AM DOING SERVICE IN UP GOVT 10AM-5PM AT THE POST OF ACCOUNTANT ,I WANT DO CA WITH SERVICE IS IT POSSIBLE

Sorry to say but its not possible, simply because of articleship.
So you cant do CA while continuing with your Job.
I will advise you to do ICWA as here articleship rules are not that stringent.
And your work experience will count for 3 year articleship.
