Hello everyone...
I have option to select Credit Analysis job
from CITI Bank & Kotak Mahindra.
Much confusion......as i was thinking of Citi but some one told that if i join Citi than i have to analyse foreign companies and so when i later search for some other job then it becames difficult as i have lesser knowledge on indian companies. Can it really b any problem in long run.

WELL IN CASE YOU SELECT JOB IN CITI BANK, THEN YOU WILL HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF CREDIT ANALYSIS FOR FORIEGN COMPANIES. SO IN LONG RUN YOU CAN GET JOB IN SOME OTHER FORIEGN BANKS ON EQUVIVALENT POST. SO IT IS NOT THAT YOU WONT GET JOB EASILY.

Look first of all no ones knows for which companies you will do credit analysis. If you are getting job in citi bank, india chances are higher that you will get the indian companies.
I would suggest go and join. Do not think too much. You are doing credit analysis and concept applies to all companies wherever they are located.
