20 August 2010 Bank makes mistake in my challan , ifiled the challan for A.Y. 2009-10 but bank filed the same in A.Y.2008-09, due to which A.o.issued demand notice as amount not match as per NSDL
What to do????

20 August 2010 If you have the acknowledgement copy of challan & if it contains AY 2009-10, the write to NSDL & your AO with a copy of that, they will be able to resolve the issue.
