in a partnership firm h u f is In a partner and individual wanted to buy a property from partnership firm can a Bank give loan to individual against property used to be purchase from partnership firm which is having same individual of as a partner In the capacity as HUF

Normally Banks avoid any such transaction which might lead into legal hassle in future.....
