Dear Sir,
Would like to know that for Delhi VAT & CST registration we need to submit Bank guarantee. What should be the minimum period of bank guarantee & when it will be returned back to us duly discharged.

In DVAT Reg. bank guarantee should be more then two years.
it never be discharged upto firm working means holding TIN.
