What are the Consequences, If we don't report a bank accounts in any where such as returns statements and other documents?????

Bhavesh u have to show ur bank account to the Department...If u r not disclosing it they have right to ask u about the matter....

if your are not reporting the same.
then if your transaction is withdrawls and deposit Rs. 10.00 Lacs or above then bank inform to income tax deptt.
and also now every bank demand PAN for the every saving a/c
