A company incorporated in September 2011, but obtained business commencement certificate in may 2012. Whether the co has to prepare balance sheet for year ending 31-03-1012 & fole ROC return ? the co has not done any transaction for FY 2011-12.

15 months period is allowed. From sept 2011 to say MAr 2013, the period is more than 15 months... so prepare the accounts for 2012 Mar as well.
