04 November 2012 A company incorporated in September 2011, but obtained business commencement certificate in may 2012. Whether the co has to prepare balance sheet for year ending 31-03-1012 & fole ROC return ? the co has not done any transaction for FY 2011-12.

is ther any difference in case of private co & public co. for above.

04 November 2012 15 months period is allowed. From sept 2011 to say MAr 2013, the period is more than 15 months... so prepare the accounts for 2012 Mar as well.
