I want to know where can I get share price of back date. For eg. if i want to know share price of Allahabad bank as on 1st April 2009

26 June 2009 Go to the yahoo finance and look for historical prices.....

For example
share price of Allahabad bank as on 1st April 2009

Date Open High Low Close Volume Adj Close*

1-Apr-09 39.00 39.80 38.80 39.60 574,200 38.17

26 June 2009 There are seperate quotes for NSE and BSE.

The symbols with ".ns" are nse quotes and ".bo" are bse quotes.

26 June 2009 On NSE site there is a link named Historical data.

After clicking that link you may find another link named "Security wise data".

Click this link and fill the details i.e. period etc.

Correct link is ""Home > Equities > Market Information > Historical Data > Security-wise Data""
