authorised signatory person


11 August 2017 Dear sir, There are 3 partners in partnership firm. In GST registration it is complusory that any one of the partner to authorise signing authority. or any other person of the family member shall taking the signing authority who is not in the partner in partnership firm.

12 August 2017 Yes. They can signing authority. But, He/She have authorized signatory approval from partners and Authorized Signatory Letter. Also you add his details in GST registration....

12 August 2017 Ok thanx mam and sir. because of confusion I rarely hear that person who is not partner in partnership firm can only be authorise to signing authority in bank transactions..
