I have started a Pvt Ltd Company in APril 2010.I have not yet appointed my auditor. I want to know Can I appoint my auditor later and what is the procedure for appointing an auditor?

the first auditor can be appointed by the board of Directors and the tenure of the auditor will be till the next AGM.the provisions in Sec.224 of the Companies ACt need to be complied.
