Dear sir,
I am working in pvt ltd.,
I am asking bill to auditor without audit for the f.y 2014-15 as service tax rate increase.
But he told without audit can,t give the bill.
It is correct or not ?
Pl help me

Please note that as per Rule 4(b) of the Point of Taxation Rules, if the services are performed after 1st June 2015, then the relevant service tax rate will always be 14% except ONLY WHEN invoice and payment both raised and received prior to 1st June 2015 in which case the rate will be 12.36%.
An invoice can always be raised in advance but that's usually nor the norm for audit services.
