18 November 2016 Hi Good Morning

I want start a new Tours and Travels business my turnover will cross more than Rs 900000 . i want register service tax. i don't know how to register and where i have to register and another question is its proprietorship may i apply another PAN and my pan is applicable ?

18 November 2016 Same PAN is applicable, and you have to apply for ST registration online on ACES site by filing form ST-1 and than submit all relevant document to S.Tax Department of your jurisdiction.

I want brand my business For example ABC Tours and Travels. registration is compulsory or or not required. i want open current account with bank. may open ac in my brand name by using my PAN Card or separate PAN Required for company.

In proprietorship how much turnover may i do ?

21 November 2016 You can Take Service Tax Registration by any name.
and registration under service tax is compulsory only after u cross the basic exemption limit of 9 Lacs
Your current account can open by your PAN card and with your brand name the basic requirement is you have to show the proof of brand name like Shop Act Licence, Service tax Registration etc....
You can do unlimited turnover there is no such restriction on turnover.
