09 September 2010 What should be date of stat. audit report? when it submited to co. When director approve the same in agm.PLZ TELL ME THE SEQUENCE OF FROM how appointment of auditor to submssion of audit report with date.

10 September 2010 in the AGM of , say 2009-10, the auditor get appointed / reappointed.

Then the auditor conducts the audit during the year & after completion of year.

Once the audit is over, he is supposed to sign the audit report alongwith the final accounts of the company. The date could be of signing of audit report.

Then alongwith this audit report / final accounts/Director's report/ compliance report, a notice for AGM is sent to the shareholders for AGM.

In the AGM, the annual report is being discussed with shareholders. Also, the appointment / reappointment of auditors take place in the same meeting.
