is there any change in the syllabus of audit for IPCC may 2015 ? Shall I read the same book which was used for Nov 2014..?

Yes there are changes in Audit paper for May 2015 due to Applicability of more section of Companies Act 2013. Check out the amendment issued by ICAI from link given below:
