Audit & itsm: how to prepare?

05 August 2013 I am giving both groups of ipcc in november. I have not even started preparing for audit and itsm. Please guide me on how to prepare these subjects? How do i write the answers? i tried studying from surbhi bansal's book but would it be okay if i write answers in exam in that point by point way or does the institute expect something different?

yes,,surabhi bansal is very good book for audit you can refer to it,,

refer to suggested answers of icai,,so that you can come to some idea that how icai is expecting answers from students
