What is the difference between Audit Certificate & Audit Report?

Is it neccessary to comply the Audit Certificate and Audit Report to all companies.

If Yes kindly reply under which cluase it is applicable.

09 November 2009 Audit Report :- A Report is a formal ststement made after an enqures or examination of the specified matters under the report and the auditors opinion thereon.

Audit certifcate :- A certificate is a written confirmation of the accuracy of the facts stated therein and does not invilve any estimate or opinion.
