Can you please confirm whether it is mandatory for an LLP, to have only Members of ICAI as Partners, to take up Statutory Audit of a Limited Company

ICAI still has not recognised LLP as the medium of establishing of a CA Firm.

Hence, the question of audit being done by an LLP does not arise.
