I AM RECIEVING FACILITATION FEES FROM RMP INFOTECH PVT LTD FOR WHICH THEY ARE DEDCUTING TDS AND GIVING ME 16 A FORM MY QUESTION IS WHETHER MY ABOVE INCOME WILL BE TREATED UNDER PROFESSION OR BUSINESS WILL I BE LIABLE FOR AUDIT PLEASE EXPLAIN

TDS must have been deducted u/s 194J. Accordingly it shall be taxable as professional income.
