Dear sir,Iam 1st stage dealer in central excise then will be excise audit is applicable or not. plese define all possibilty of 1st stage dealer audit

Once registere there is no escape from Audit, though it may not happen on yearly basis, but yes, you need to maiantain all such records and be on your toes to expect the audit.
There is no reason to be afraid of audit, it is good, atleast this helps you to be vigilant for your transactions.
Also try to protect the government revenue after all, the act is framed to hold the defaulters responsible.
