12 September 2013 What are the attachments to form 32 in case of limited Company?except consent and confirmation.

In case of listed company, if you are filing Form-32, you only need to attache consent letter of director.

If he is appointed under section 257, you will also attached shareholders resolution.

12 September 2013 In case of public company Attach copy of resolution and consent letter, where form 32 is filed for appointment.

In case of cessation attach resignation letter of director.
