23 March 2015 can any tell what are the three attachments which are required to attach in form inc 22 for existing company change registered office within the local limts. if the place is owned by the director. 1. Proof of Registered Office address (Conveyance/Lease deed/Rent Agreement along with the rent receipts) etc.; ? (2) Copies of the utility bills as mentioned ? (3) A proof that the Company is permitted to use the address as the registered office of the Company if the same is owned ? by any other entity/ Person (not taken on lease by company); plzzz it is urgent

Moreover if Director is ready to sell the place to company. but company is yet to be incorporated. then in what name the deed is to be made?? what attachments are to be made to form INC 22??

23 March 2015 1. Proof or registered office - latest tax receipt in the name of director of the building owned by him.

2. Telephone / electricity bill (not older than 2 months) containing name of the director and address of the above said building.

3. Proof for permission to use - A letter from the director addressed to the ROC stating that he/she has no objection in using the above said building as the regd office of the company.

Company cannot buy the building before incorporation.
