Attachment to 23AC

11 November 2010 Can I attach p&l along with balance sheet with schedules with form 23AC.

As in the case of a private limited co. its form 23ACA is not reflected in the MCA portal, so I wish to attach the same with form 23AC.

Can I do so? Is there any provision restricting attaching p&l with form 23AC?

Kindly clarify.

11 November 2010 No restriction. You can attach P & L along with Balance sheet as attachment with form 23AC.

11 November 2010 Since there are two e-forms, viz., 23AC and 23ACA, attachments mandated for each form alone need to be attached with the respective forms.

11 November 2010 But there is no harm on that.One can attach entire audited balance sheet on both form.
