14 December 2013 Can ATC be termed as equivalent to graduation...?
Can a person having no graduation but having ATC, be eligible to sit in exams in which graduation is neccessary...? Please reply asap....

14 December 2013 no. not as per any guidelines. CA is considered as graduation for UPSC and post graduation for some universities. I dont know of any MOU giving similar treatment to ATC
