At what rate should i book my export sale revenue

Dear Experts,
If i purchased Goods from New York (Say for 2000 $), at what rate sholud i book this revenue (i.e. at RBI spot rate or CBDT rate). How to check those rate ?
Kindly let me konw when i have to book revenue at RBI spot rate and at CBDT rate and also provide me any reference if possible for the same.

For as 11 purpose either of those, though RBI is better as it is a daily rate as against the monthly rate in case of customs
