Assessee has been died

An assessee has been liable for Tax Audit u/s 44AB.
But he has been died on August 2010.
How can we file his online ITR.
There is following problem:
1.) We can not take DSC of Deceased Assessee, If we take DSC of Legal Representative (Legal Heir) in his PAN it does not match with the PAN of the assessee and ITR could not be filed.
It shows the message "PAN of the assessee does not match with DSC PAN".
We can not change PAN in 'Declaration' column.
But he has been died on August 2010.
How can we file his online ITR.

You have to take DCS of Legal Rerpesentative with his PAN;
and tick the Check box on the first page of ITR as YES - Whether this return is being filed by a representative assessee and then fill
a) Name of representative
b) Address of the representative
c) PAN of the representative
and tick the Check box on the first page of ITR as YES - Whether this return is being filed by a representative assessee and then fill

c) PAN of the representative
