Dear all Assesment year 2010-11 return can be file 7/6/2012? if yes plz suggest me.

1. Return for AY 10-11 could have been filed upto 31.03.2012.
Since the time period for filing the same has expired, the return CANNOT be filed.
2. Return for AY 11-12 can be filed upto 31.03.2013.
However, penalty of Rs. 5,000 may be levied for delayed filing of return.
Since the time period for filing the same has expired, the return CANNOT be filed.
