Articleship transfer excess leave

Recently I got a termination letter from ICAI, and it included an excess leave of 11 days. Does the excess leave has an effect on my final attempt?? I Got registered in Articleship on 29th aptil 2013 and I took transfer on 28-oct-2013 and get reregistered in ICAI on 29-oct-2013. Will this excess leave from previous employer will effect or postponed my final attempt??

well yes it may given that you are required to complete 2.5 years of articleship as on 1 nov 2015 to be eligible for Nov 15 attempt. given that you have 11 days excess leave, you need to ensure that as on 1 nov 15, you dont have excess leave, else your attempt shall shift to May 16.
