23 May 2016 Sir, Only way available to me is secondment, but when i contacted jaipur chapter of icai they told me that secondment is available only in second year and you have no option However my principal is insisting me to take termination from his firm. Is there any remedy??

23 May 2016 No. Secondment is out of question now.
Request your principal to bear with you for just 6 months.....make an humble and deep request to your principal

23 May 2016 Can i make application on non payment of stipend basis since i was not paid any stipend during 2.5 years?? Will it have any adverse effect on his practice??

23 May 2016 first try to do the things POSITIVELY. If it does not work, then one may think of doing negative tactics.

23 May 2016 Thank you sir, I would talk to him positively. But i don't think he will entertain any of my talks as he is very angry with me as i had refused to go on bank audit in April for 10 days since i had my ca final exams in May

23 May 2016 It is a very common phenomenon every where. If you agree that you have done some thing wrong by not attending bank audit, then please take some senior person with you when you apologise your principal.
