09 February 2015 I was registered under a ca in ahmedabad. i have served therefor one year and 8 months till oct-14. On 20-10-2014 i filled form 109 because my principal wants to go abroad from nov-14. And soon after i registered myself under another ca from 28th Oct 2014. without the approval of form 109. now i have received a letter from ICAI stating that first i should take permission and than i should fill form 109. or i should carry on with old principal.

I had not shown that my principal has gone abroad and he has not surrendered his COP yet.

What should i do? should i carry on to old principal? can it make difficulties in future?

Please reply as soon as possible.

09 February 2015 u need to take a prior permission from icai by writing the same on a plain paper with the reason for seeking transfer and ur ca must also sign on it and u need to provide all evidence supporting the reasons mentioned in it.

only then when they send u a letter permitting u d same then file form 109 for transfer
