Sir, i want to know that is Ca (principal) have any right to refuse articleship transfer within one year?

if Ca refuse so what can article do?

01 July 2014 Yes a principal can restrict Article regarding transfer. U need to do is to convince ur principal. Without his/her consent u can't take transfer.

if ca refuse article cant do any thing except working under him
.
.
as you promised in form 102 that you will be working under him for 3 years
.
.
if ur ca did not complied any icai rules like minimum stipend not paid then u can get transfer after making compliant to icai on disciplinary grounds
