Can i take transfer to a new employer within same city ie. within 50 Kms of local limits ? and it is my first year of articleship. Please reply soon.

Hi
Yes, you can take transfer during the first year of article ship without any reason. You will only submit your Form-109 with Institute signed by your principal and submit with in 30 days from taking transfer.
No need to take prior approval, only submit Form-109.
