10 May 2013 Sir,
I Will take transfer of Articleship from Ahmedabad to Bombay and also pursuing S.Y. B.Com in Gujarat University Can I take Transfer in first year of Articleship If Yes, then Explain the procedure of that.

15 May 2013 you can take transfer in first year of articleship

take 109 and get it signed by ur principal and other details to be filled duly

and send to icai with in 30 days along with id card obtained under previous employer

16 May 2013 Thanks sir,but icai give permission to me if my colleages in ahmedabad as correspondance in articleship registration form. it is possible by taking external
cource in T.y B.com and no obligation certificate of colleages given to icai.

16 May 2013 no need to take any prior approval from ICAI if you are taking transfer from articleship during first year of articleship

but icai denied in transfer if colleage in different state. sir please give me solution in this situation what process of colleage done for transfer
