30 November 2015 Sir, I have completed my articleship training on 30 october 2015 and 30 days have passed. please guide me what are the documents to be submitted with form 108 and weather condonment letter is to be printed on principla letter head.

30 November 2015 Yes. Please ask your principal to write the "condone of delay" letter.

duly filled and duly signed Form 108 is sufficient compliance.

30 November 2015 sir do principal have to write the condonment letter on his letter head and sir weather letter is to be written by me or the principal.

01 December 2015 Although there is no any specific requirement as to Principal and/or Articled for submission of form, it is customary on the part of Principal to submit the form. Principal is presumed to have a more close knowledge of the ICAI provisions, guidelines etc.
