14 April 2016 Since they are not giving me transfer, it would be better for me to loose 7 months and start fron beginning in my native. How can I do so for cancellation of my articleship here and reapply in another firm

14 April 2016 Why are "they"NOT giving transfer? They should give the transfer in appropriate cases. Try to give the fair reason for transfer to your principal and then Principal you should give the transfer. Please try to understand that Cancellation is NOT the solution. It will aggravate the problem.
Give me some more details in strict confidence so that I can guide you in a better shape.

14 April 2016 It's been more than 1 months that I have told them I will be going to Native, and he replies telling that If you want to go, then go, I will not give transfer. I tried to convience him many times but he is not agreeing with my point, but instead says the same thing that he will not give tranfer every single time. So, I'm losing my time and got no other option rather than that.

20 April 2016 Yes, I travelled from all the way from my native to here so that I can learn better things. But that is not happening. They had made me an accountant in a small-medium company, where all day I have no work rather than making invoices for them, calling, receiving couriers, making payments and similar works. I tried talking to the principal about this, but what he says is we appointed you there, you have to do that, otherwise leave, we will not give transfer. I have seen some secret conversation between my principal and the concerned person of the company that they will continue with me and has not appointed an accountant. The old accountant left there 4 months ago. So for 4 months I have not gone to office rather I have gone to that company as an employee. Yes, transfer is not my birthright. That is why I think loosing my 7 months will be better than loosing my entire 3 years. Hence, I'm seeking help for cancellation of my articleship so that I can start from begining with a fresh mind.

20 April 2016 "Bengaluru" would have been sufficient. Giving full postal address as such is NOT required.

Transfer /termination of articles are permitted without any restriction during the first year of articles.

Write a letter to the secretary, Bengaluru branch under c.c. to your principal, SIRC Chennai, ICAI New Delhi. In this letter, write that you want to take TRANSFER during the FIRST year of your articleship. Also request to give you the permission for the said transfer...... e.g. "Request your good office to accord me the PERMISSION for transfer under copy to my principal, so that form no 109 can be submitted at my early convenience"
