Articleship registration

I have passed my IPCC group 1 in November 2013 attempt...here are some of my queries:
1.When is the last date of Articleship registration?my firm is asking me to join from march 2014.
2.When will my final attempt be due?
3.I am pursuing B.Com and I am in my 2nd year,which form should I take for registration(because there is form 102 , 103 ,112 )?
Please answer my query.I have completed my ITT,OT and applied for ATC.I have registered for group 2 examination on May,2014.
2. lets say you join on 1 March, you shall be eligible for November 16.
3. you ahve to fill all three of them 102, 103 and 112
