Articleship registration

08 April 2013 sir, I bought the stamp paper on 5-3-2013, but I cannot register for articleship till now(7-4-2013). heard that register for articleship within 30 days of the stamp paper. Whether can I use the same stamp paper dated 5-3-2013 for my article registration?

The Paper of stamp paper has no validity period.

If you have taken stamp paper of March 05, 2013 then you can use it for April,2013 for Article ship Deed.

08 April 2013 sir, the prospectus states that the form 102 should reach the regional office within 30 days from the stamp paper. Whether the date required to be filled in form 102, should be the stamp paper date?

08 April 2013 No,the papers for registration should be sent so as to reach within 30 days from the date of commencement of training not from the date of purchase of stamp paper.
