My Principle retired from partnership now my querry is that whether it affects my articleship and now onwards under whom i am going to continue my articleship and under which company

I think, you are taking article ship under Your Principal and he have the membership number.
If your principal is going to do other profession and he does not want to continue such CA profession then you should think about your new principal other wise not affect your article ship.
