14 March 2012 Is it mandatory for articleship after or before Professional programme of CS. or I can get exemption from articleship if I am working in the same department related to company affairs of a private ltd. company with the profile related to Company Secretary matters

You can get exemption from training in cs if you are doing same work relating to affairs of the company including secretarial. for more details contact to nearest institute about the minimum time period required to work under company for getting exemption.
