11 October 2012 Yes, Please send form 102 & 103 with the date 28-5-2012 by paying late submission fee. But there is one problem will arises you form 102 has been agreed on stamp paper and the agreement should be on or after the date of stamp paper. So if you purchased stamp paper now then the date of commencement from 28-5-2012 is invalid and void. So try if any chances or possible to get the stamp paper with back dated if possible then send form 102 & 103 with late fee for submission and also enclose the your bank statement copy in evidence of staipend paying by the employer and receiving by your from such date.
