I took 85 days leave under my first principal and now 90 days leave under 2nd principal...so please help me to find out excess leave ,if any. and if there is extension then its required to submit form 107 with franking..franking should of which date i am continuing articleship (as extension period)after completion date.please hlem..frst have to submit 108?plase help me...

ICAI allowed that a student can take 1/6 day leave he has actually served i.e if you have gone office 6 days than after 6 days you can take leave 1 day so you calculate leave period & if any excess leave taken than submit the Form & start excess leave after completion of actually your articleship.

you have an extension of about 22 days. kindly submit form 108 and 107 together.
